The Institute of Strategic Human Capital Managers of Nigeria was founded in April 2012 to enhance the training and development of human capital, which is the most important factor of production. It is Nigeria's first and most recognized human capital & managers training institute, established under Act 1 of 1990 with RC number 1135473. The Institute aims to promote the training and development of human capital management to enhance productivity and promote national development.
